Rejection
"He (Jesus) was despised and rejected by people, one who experienced pain was acquainted with illness; people hid their faces from him; he was despised and we considered him insignificant." Isaiah 53:3 Jesus faced total rejection in the worst possible way, so when people say that Jesus has overcome the world believe it!! He has experienced everything that we go through on Earth and he loves you and wants to help you through it. "But he lifted up our illnesses, he carried our pain; even though we thought he was being punished, attacked by God, and afflicted for something he had done." Isaiah 53:4 Our suffering is ALWAYS to help us become more like Jesus. God uses our painful experiences to shape us and to better us. Jesus was perfect, He had no sin or flaw in Him that caused Him to be rejected, but He was still rejected, denied, abandoned, and betrayed. He overcame loneliness, suffering, grief, and rejection because of His great faith.
